Terms of Service

Welcome to BizGoat ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), a Software-as-a-Service platform operated at bizgoat.io. BizGoat provides five business automation tools: VoteGoat (customer feedback and feature voting), UptimeGoat (uptime monitoring and status pages), InvoiceGoat (automated invoice follow-up), RivalGoat (AI-powered competitor monitoring), and QuoteGoat (automated estimate follow-up for contractors). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BizGoat platform, including all associated services, APIs, and features.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or subscribing to a Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

• "Platform" means the BizGoat website and the five SaaS tools described above, and all related services.
• "Subscriber" means any registered user with an active paid subscription to one or more Services.
• "Service" means the specific BizGoat tool or tools a Subscriber has access to.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform in any capacity — whether as a Subscriber or visitor. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where use of this Platform is prohibited.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

BizGoat reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that cannot verify eligibility.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at admin@bizgoat.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• You may cancel anytime through the billing portal.
• We offer a 7-day refund window from your initial purchase date.
• No refunds are issued after 7 days or for partial months.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
• Failed payments result in service suspension after 7 days.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or any other system connected to it.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security feature of the Platform.
• Use automated means, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access the Platform without express written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Manipulate or artificially inflate usage metrics.
• Use the Platform to send unsolicited commercial communications.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using the Platform.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BizGoat and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of another party.

BizGoat reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Platform immediately ceases.
• Any active subscriptions are cancelled.
• Your account data may be removed from the Platform, subject to Section 5 of our Privacy Policy.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at admin@bizgoat.io. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS in accordance with its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at bizgoat.io/legal/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BizGoat regarding the Platform.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. BizGoat may assign its rights freely.
• Notices: We may provide notices to you via email to the address on your account or via posting on the Platform.
